Affordable repair
We believe that you should be able to repair your computer, and not be forced to replace it 
with the latest and greatest computer, but when the shops charge you more than a new computer costs, it may leave the customer with no other option. At least we offer the option to repair at a lower cost than replacement. The choice is up to you.
The Repair Shop
The shop is in Hoover, in the bottom floor of my home. For a few people, the fact that we 
do not operate in a retail store front concerns them. If this is a concern for you, we may not be the right folks to call. You may want to consider the soon to closed - CompUSA, or Computer Builder's Warehouse as an example of "store-front = stability" model. The bottom line is, we are here to stay, and if not, you know where I live. So come on in. Relax.
Talk with a technician
How often do you get to actually meet your technician face-to-face? Most people will never be able to meet the person who works on their computer at a chain store repair shop. And even when they do, the same technician may not be there next week. We believe that you have the right to talk to the geek that is fixing your computer. That is why everytime you call you should be able to talk to a geek, not a receptionist or counter person who does not know or care about your problem.
Free Estimates
We know that most computer repair companies refuse to give free estimates for repair, and many times we understand why - it takes time to diagnose, find replacement parts, and type an accurate quote, when many times the consumer chooses not to do the repair. That leaves them holding the bag many times, with labor invested and no way to recover the costs.
We have found a way to keep everyone happy - provide free estimates for everyone {if you choose to repair, great , win-win for all. If you choose to replace, we recycle your old equipment and recover any data you will need for your new machine, another win-win situation, and your old equipment is reused}. We do not sell new equipment, so you never have to wonder where our motivation exists. We are here to help you make a decision about technology, as unbiased, and affordable as possible.
